NB: Fjernadgang til Syddansk Universitetsbiblioteks elektroniske materialer er kun til personligt forsknings og studiebrug. Password er personligt og må aldrig overdrages til andre.

  • Adgang: Ansatte og studerende ved Syddansk Universitet, har fjernadgang til bibliotekets licensbelagte elektroniske materialer. Øvrige brugere skal fortsat opholde sig på SDU for at bruge disse materialer.

  • Studerende ved SDU: Brugernavnet er den del af din officielle universitetsmailadresse der står før @ og password er de første seks cifre i dit CPR-nummer. Kender du ikke din officielle mailadresse kan du ved hjælp af dit studiekort finde den på SDUs kontosystem.

  • Ansatte: Brugernavnet er dit lånerkortnummer, og password er dit password til bibliotekets katalog. Indeholder dit password bogstaver, skal disse skrives med stort. Password må max. være 10 bogstaver/tal. Hvis du ikke har lånerkort til Syddansk Universitetsbibliotek, eller hvis det er flere år siden, du har benyttet dit lånerkort, skal du kontakte en af bibliotekets udlånsafdelinger.

  • Ph.d. studerende: Hvis du er ansat af SDU, se under ansat. Hvis dit ph.d. stipendiat er eksternt finansieret, se under studerende.

Remote access to electronic material for staff and students at SDU

NB: If your password contains letters, then these must be written as capital or upper-case letters. Your password may not contain more than max. 10 letters/digits.

NB: Remote access to the University of Southern Denmark's electronic resources is only for personal research an study use. Your password is personal and must never be given to anyone else.

  • Access: Staff and students at The University of Southern Denmark have remote access to the library's electronic material. Other users still have to be at SDU to be able to use these materials.

  • Students at SDU: Username is that part of your official university mail address,  which is before @ Your password is your birthday (day, month, year the first six digits in your CPR number, Danish national identity number) . If you do not know your official mail address, you can with the help of your study card find it in SDU's account system. 

  • Staff: Username is your library card number and your password is your password to the library's catalogue. If your password contains letters, then these must be written as capital or upper-case letters. Your password may not contain more than max. 10 letters/digits. If you do not have a library card to The University Library of Southern Denmark or if it is several years since you have last used your library card, then please contact one of the library's lending desks.

  • Ph.D students: If you are employed by the University of Southern Denmark, see under Staff. If your Ph.D scholarhship is financed externally, see under Students.
